Abstract

An information system is a combination of a network of hardware, software and users who interact with each other to support and develop resources from data to information that can be used to make decisions and solve problems. Data management at Bp-Spam Rahayu 2 which includes recording of water accounts is still done manually so that it can cause delays in the recording process and can risk losing data. Based on these problems, the development of this system aims to make it easier for officers to record accounts. This research is to avoid the loss of data that has been done by the officers. The method used in the development of this system is to use the waterfall method which includes system requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance. The framework used is Codeigniter and the tools used are Visual Code Studio, XAMPP, PHPMyAdmin and Chrome. Based on the results of the BlackBox test, it shows that the functionality of all systems is running well. The results obtained from this research is a web-based water account recorder information system.
