Abstract

Kebumen Regency is a regency which is directly adjacent to the south coast of Java Island, so that this is used by the community and the government to utilize the coast in Kebumen Regency for its tourism potential. This research aims to 1). Knowing the distribution pattern of beach tourism in Kebumen Regency, 2). Creating information about the potential for beach tourism in Kebumen Regency through WebGIS StoryMaps, 3). Analyzing the development of beach tourism in Kebumen Regency with SWOT analysis. The method used in this study is field observation, followed by spatial analysis using the ANN technique to obtain patterns of beach distribution, and data processing techniques using the Arcgis Online Storymaps application to create information on the potential for beach tourism in Kebumen Regency, and continued using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. in the form of a SWOT analysis to carry out an analysis of the development of coastal tourism in Kebumen Regency. The results of this study found that the distribution pattern of beach tourism in Kebumen Regency was Clustered, while information on the potential for beach tourism in Kebumen Regency was displayed with a link that could be accessed using a PC or Smartphone.
