Abstract
Mice are rodents that have many benefits such as being experimental animals in various studies conducted by humans. With the increasing demand for mice, it is necessary to develop capacity at PT Gubuk Mencit Boyolali to meet the existing demand. The purpose of this research is to formulate a business model canvas, conduct business development analysis, and formulate a strategy to increase profits at PT Gubuk Mencit Boyolali. The methods used in this study include the Business Model Canvas (BMC), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal rate of return (IRR), and payback period (PP) and benchmarking. The results of this study are the business model canvas table, then the business development analysis results increase the development carried out is feasible to continue.
