Abstract

The library as a medium that can be used to link reading media such as books, magazines, newspaper, comics, novels and journals as well as printed research result with readers. In the modern era, many young people prefer to work in open spaces together, although some of then want to work in silence and in silence. The current library building seems conventional, so it is necessary to design it by considering functional and fashionable elements. Therefore it is necessary to re-design the library by paying attention to all aspects starting from aspects of comfort, lighting, security, tranquility, beauty and also air circulation. Interior architectural design that influences the psychology and attitudes that occur in human visuals towards space. This is very influential on the conditions of differences between physical and psychological as well as personal experiences that occur. The design with the criteria of users or actors through the psychology that is produced in order to achieve a sense of comfort in the environtment that will place its position as the main object for users.
