Abstract

Excavators are multi-purpose tools that can be used for digging , loading materials into dump trucks ( loading ), lifting materials , scraping , and leveling ( grading ). With high mobility, the engine must have a good cooling system. The cooling system in the engine is one of several systems that greatly affect engine performance.Cooling system or what is commonly referred to as a cooling system is a system Which used For guard temperature machine in condition Which Good or ideal. The combustion process that occurs causes the engine to heat up, the engine temperature is overheated will also cause overheating And will cause damage on component certain. From inspection of the cylinder head and cylinder block, the condition of the cylinder gasket has been damaged and hardened. There is a crack in the former welding of the cylinder block, there is rust on the liner. The Yanmar engine disassembly process aims to identify and ensure that damage has occurred to these components and repairs will be carried out immediately.
