Abstract

Aquatic Center is a public place or community place that provides one or several indoor swimming pools that meet international standards and have several complementary facilities in them. (Duverge, Rajagopalan, & Fuller, 2017) With the existence of an Aquatic Center with the implementation of a Naturally Ventilated Building in Surakarta, it is hoped that it can provide benefits to the wider community in terms of the availability of water sports facilities and infrastructure. The existence of the Aquatic Center is expected to be able to attract visitors from various regions to come to Surakarta. The use of Naturally Ventilated Buildings can also show the wider community that Surakarta City can implement environmentally friendly buildings and show Surakarta can create modern buildings.
