Abstract

In essence, the life of rural residents is mutual cooperation which proves that life is always accompanied by various efforts that can provide provisions for human survival. Agriculture is a business that has existed for generations. Agriculture has become part of the livelihoods of residents in rural areas, agricultural business has shaped the lifestyle of residents not only cultivating fields, gardens, rice fields and forests, but has unknowingly formed a tourism potential. The development of the world of tourism in Indonesia cannot be separated from the many tourism potentials that exist such as natural beauty, geography, history, and cultural uniqueness. Sarangan Lake is one of the most visited tourist destinations by tourists. The location is in Magetan, East Java. Located under the foot of Mount Lawu with a beautiful panorama. But it is very unfortunate that some of the inns located in the Sarangan Magetan Lake area have limited facilities, poor service, and buildings that are not well conceptualized. Agriculture Resort Hotel Of SaranganLake comes with complete facilities and offers an agrotourism experience. It is expected to create a building design that is able to provide added value to the surrounding environment. In developing regional tourism objects in Magetan Regency, it is very important that the active role of the surrounding community is needed. Because indirectly efforts to develop regional tourism will have an impact on improving people's welfare.
