Abstract
Currently, the Elderly Home has become an alternative place to live for the elderly. For some families who don't have time and tend to live in cities, it causes a busy lifestyle. Elderly homes or commonly referred to as Nursing Homes or Nursing Homes have a well-known negative identity, but if there is good management and quality of buildings in the Elderly Home then they can meet the needs of the elderly. Starting from health care or services to quality buildings that make it easier for the elderly to carry out activities that tend to have less movement capacity.
