Abstract

The age of the building which is 24 years old and has never been repaired, the lack of openings so that it affects thermal comfort, the arrangement of the spatial program is inefficient, there are many rooms in which there are more rooms, the parking area is over capacity. How to redesign the BPN Office that meets thermal comfort in the BPN Kab. Karanganyar for its users, how to redesign the BPN Kab. Karanganyar with a Neo-vernacular Architectural Concept that can adapt to environmental conditions along with the times. The goal is to meet the needs for thermal comfort in the BPN Kab. Karanganyar for building users, changes in conditions and situations if a redesign of the BPN Kab. Karanganyar with the concept of Neo Vernacular Architecture in adapting the environment along with the times. The target of the architectural design and planning program is the redesign of the BPN Kab. Karanganyar is expected that users can maximize their needs with the facilities carried out by redesigning the building with the concept of neo-vernacular architecture.
