Abstract

designing buildings or workspaces that can be used to improve skills as well as innovation by bringing people closer to nature, located in Batam, which is on the border of Singapore and Malaysia. The type of coworking space that will be implemented is a hybrid coworking type where a workspace can accommodate various kinds of work in the same workspace. Coworking space is intended to accommodate startups, communities dominated by millennials and as a means to facilitate cooperation between countries, namely Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. These activities will be designed using the concept of a recreative workspace so as to create maximum work comfort by applying biophilic principles.
