Abstract

The behavior and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW became a guideline for millions of Muslims arounds the world to follow and implement in their daily lives. The concept of life in the style of the Prophet Muhammad covers all aspects of life, from relationships with God to relationships with fellow humans and the natural world. Jumud and laity envelop humans today so that the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad are a little sidelined. Like a wise in education, returning education to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad is a task that requires collaboration between the government, educational institutions, families, and communities. By integrating Islamic values in education, it hoped that future generations will grow up with good morals and morals as well make positive contributions to society and the world, all of which are contained in Prophetic Education. Prophetic education in short is education that returns to the teachings of the Prophet. The purpose of this research is to provide prophetic values contained in several works of classical scholars, especially in the field of hadith, and then implement them in everyday life. This research is library research, which examines data from the works of Asy-Syamȃail al-Muhammadiyah by Imam Tirmizi and al-Ażkȃr by Imam Nawawi, where these data are primary. There is secondary data that researchers take from previous studies both from journals, articles, theses, dissertations, and so on. By using a descriptive method that still prioritizes philosophical and theoretical analysis, and a qualitative approach in the form of theological and normative, the data obtained and concluded by: 1) there are prophetic values in the work of Asy-Syamȃail al-Muhammadiyah which can be implemented in everyday life to support education to be better and not out of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. 2) In al-Ażkȃr's work some values reinforce prophetic education. 3) The differences and similarities contained in the two works can be developed and used as a basis for education so that education returns to the teachings of the Prophet and leads humans and students to become complete human beings, khairu ummah. The last hope of this research is to try to bring education that has gone astray to keep coming back by using the basics from the Al-Qur'an and hadith taught by the Prophet Muhammad.
