Abstract
How to overcome work accidents at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Solo-Klaten Toll Road Project by providing information in the form of safety talk to workers by the company's HSE. The perception of acceptance of safety talk in each person can have a different behavioral influence. This research is at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Solo-Klaten Toll Road Project because the company is a leading construction company in Indonesia with high potential in implementing the K3 program. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of perceptions of safety talk acceptance on worker behavior at PT. Adhi Karya Solo-Klaten Toll Road Project. The perception of safety talk acceptance measured includes K3 material and company infrastructure. Measured worker behavior includes workers' obligations to the implementation of K3 and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This research method uses a type of analytical observational research with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were workers of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Solo-Klaten Toll Road Project such as managers, supervisors, technicians, supervisors, and foremen who use white helmets as many as 132 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling by lottery. The statistical test used is the chi-square test with research instruments, namely questionnaires and observation sheets. The results showed the perception of acceptance of safety talk in the good category as many as 69 people (52.3%) and the behavior of safe workers as many as 79 people (59.8%), and obtained a p-value of 0.027. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence on the perception of safety talk acceptance on worker behavior at PT. Adhi Karya Solo-Klaten Toll Road Project significantly (P<0.05). The suggestion from this study is that the company evaluates the perception of acceptance of safety talk and discipline in the use of PPE on workers.
