Abstract

Internship I or (School Observation) is a subject that must be implemented and attended by fourth semester FKIP UMS students. This activity includes observing the organizational structure and work procedures in schools, the teaching environment, and educational activities in the school environment. The implementation of Internship I and Intership II usually differs in the location where they are carried out. So it is necessary to create a Mapping Geographic Information System which consists of a student mapping system based on school potential and student competencies according to their study program. The research method used in this study is the method waterfall. In testing the user using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, the results obtained an average score of 73 included in the category of good grade scale B so that it can be concluded that the system is feasible to use.
