Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and whether analyzing customer satisfaction is able to mediate. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the people of Surakarta and Solo Raya aged 17-50 years. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires. The questionnaire was created using a Likert scale format. The number of respondents used in this study were 114 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SMARTPLS Software. PLS-SEM analysis consists of two, namely the Outer model and Inner model. The results showed that customer satisfaction is able to mediate
