Abstract
CV. Madyotomo is a company engaged in the printing sector. During this CV. Madyotomo has never measured productivity, but only evaluated it through an income statement which is assumed to provide information to find out whether there has been an increase or decrease in productivity and so far the company's profit has been fluctuating. In this study, productivity measurement was carried out using the APC (American Productivity Center) method and fishbone diagrams. The purpose of this research is to know the level of company productivity, to know the factors that influence the low productivity of the company, to know the evaluation of productivity measurement results, and to know the actions or solutions for efforts to increase productivity in the future. The results of this study CV. Madyotomo has the highest productivity index value, namely energy input in semester II 2021 of (+348.97%) and the lowest productivity index value, namely raw material input in semester I 2021 of (-81.57%).
