Abstract
Loose teeth occur most often in patients with periodontal disease, one of the treatments that can be done to stabilize loose teeth is splinting treatment using composite fiber tape. Case report: A 51-year-old woman came to RSGM Soelastri with complaints that her lower teeth felt loose. Complaints felt since 1 year ago were not accompanied by pain. The results of the objective examination obtained 2nd degree tooth mobility in teeth 32 and 41 followed by crowding conditions. As a result of the operator's consideration, a splinting treatment will be chosen using a composite fiber band material that is applied from teeth 33 to 43. Conclusion: The choice of fiber composite material in this splinting treatment of crowded teeth is very effective because it can adapt easily to the tooth surface, besides that it also has good esthetic properties.
