Abstract

Public Relations is an important part of the company's activities, as one of the front lines in realizing the goals and vision and mission of the company. The purpose of this study is to find out how the public relations communication strategy is through social media Instagram PT Radio Metta Solo FM. Researchers conducted interviews with Public Relations of PT Radio Metta Solo FM, Social Media Specialist, Marketing, and Program Director of PT Radio Metta Solo FM. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the public relations communication strategy uses the 4C theory (Context, Communication, Collaboration, Connection). The use of interesting content, flexible and live language communication that is held during the event, responding to followers by replying to posts, and responding to broadcast requests from subscribers makes Metta FM radio have many followers because it can attract attention and participation from followers.
