Abstract
The development of an infrastructure so that it can be according to plan requires good construction management in its implementation. Project implementation that does not go according to plan can result in cost overruns or project delays. This study discusses controlling project implementation and rescheduling in the Sragi Irrigation Area Rehabilitation Project. In this study, the method used for cost and time control is the concept of result value and for rescheduling using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). The results of this study found that the evaluation of project implementation performance in week 53 experienced a delay of -3.69% from the weight of the plan of 96.18% and realization in week 53 of 92.49%. The next analysis process using the result value method produces a cost variance (cv) of 8,860,922,338 which means that the accumulative cost of implementation (BCWP) is greater than the accumulative cost incurred (ACWP). Schedule Variance (SV) (-) IDR 746,217,494 which means the implementation cost (BCWP) is less than the plan cost (BCWS) or in other words the project is delayed from the previous plan. With the remaining cost to complete the project calculated by the result value method, the Temporary Cost Estimate (ETC) value is 3,867,894,301 and the remaining time to complete the project Estimate Temporary Schedule (ETS) is 11.11 weeks.
