Abstract
Employee performance is an important thing for determining the success of a company if employee performance is low, the company's goals cannot be achieved. This study intends to determine the effect of work life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance. The major hypothesis is that there is an influence between work life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance. The first minor hypothesis is that there is a significant positive effect between work life balance and employee performance. The second major hypothesis is that there is a significant positive effect between employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The criteria needed in this study are employees of PT. Rajawali Nusindo, South Jakarta, with a total of 188 employees. This study uses quantitative approach with correlational methods. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. This study uses a scale of Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, and Performance. Data collection through googleform. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between work life balance and job satisfaction with employee performance, there is a positive relationship between work life balance and employee performance and there is a positive influence between job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo.
