Abstract
Queennhoefashion is an online store in the fashion industry that uses Instagram as a means of promotion with the Instagram account name @Queennhoefashion. Knowing how Instagram is used as a promotional tool by Queennhoefashion is the aim of this research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. On the @Queennhoefashion Instagram account, data was obtained from observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. Subjects in this study are: Instagram account owner @Queennhoefashion and Instagram admin @Queennhoefashion. The results of the study show that Queennhoefashion uses the Instagram feature as a media for visual and verbal promotion through three stages: promotion planning, promotion implementation, and evaluation of the promotion process.
