Abstract
College students are a period of entering early adulthood. Many tasks in early adulthood are related to one's career. At that time students must be ready to face the world of work and pursue a career. many students have little knowledge, little job information, unclear goals, and are unable to plan well careers and solve problems. This is the reason students become confused and confused with the current developments. The research objective was to determine the relationship between Self Efficacy and Family Social Support on Career Maturity in College Students. This study used a purposive sampling technique. This research method uses quantitative correlation. In this study, there are three scales used, namely the Career Maturity, Self-Efficacy, and Family Social Support scales. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research hypothesis is that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and family social support on career maturity in college students. The results of statistical tests showed that p = 0.00 so that the results showed that if psychology students class of 2019 at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta had high self-efficacy and family social support, it would affect career maturity.
