Abstract
This research aims to understand and describe the work commitment of employees in one company without looking at other companies. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach with the aim that this research has higher control to track contemporary events that cannot be manipulated as a research topic. The criteria for informants or subjects in this study are employees who work for at least 2 years, have changed jobs at least 2 times. The results obtained from this study are that employee commitment is formed depending on how much and how many benefits the company provides to its employees, if the company can fulfill employee rights in full, employees will work according to the targets given by the company.
