Abstract
The shifting from Online learning to the limited face-to-face learning is carried out in order to improve the quality of learning outcomes. Changes are better during the pandemic and appropriate teacher strategies are needed so that learning activities run effectively. The purposes of this study are to (1) analyze the effect of student perceptions on the implementation of limited face-to-face learning (PTM) on student learning outcomes in geography subject at SMA Negeri 1 Pulokulon, (2) analyze the influence of teachers' strategies during limited face-to-face learning (PTM) on student learning outcomes in the subject of geography at SMA Negeri 1 Pulokulon, (3) analyze the influence of student perceptions on the implementation of limited face-to-face learning (PTM) and teacher strategies on student learning outcomes in geography subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Pulokulon. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational research design. The population in this study were 143 students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pulokulon with a sample of 105 students taken by purposive sampling with class taking based on recommendations from the teacher with the criteria of students carrying out limited face-to-face learning. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, prerequisite tests and product moment correlation tests. The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of limited face-to-face learning (PTM) has a positive affinity of 0.586 towards student learning outcomes in geography subjects with a moderate degree of closeness, it’s known that sig 0.002 is smaller than the confidence level of 0.05, meaning that there is a correlation or effect. (2) The teacher's strategy in limited face-to-face learning is limited to geography subjects having a positive affinity of 0.695 towards student learning outcomes in geography subjects with a strong degree of closeness, it’s known that sig 0.001 is smaller than the 0.05 confidence level, meaning that there is a correlation or effect. (3) Implementation of limited face-to-face learning (PTM) and teacher strategies in geography subjects in conjunction have a positive affinity of 0.365 on student learning outcomes in geography subjects with a weak degree of closeness, it’s known sig. F change 0.014 is smaller than the confidence level of 0.05 means there is a correlation or effect and R 0.365.
