Abstract

Information technology today is essential for the development of all disciplines , which encourages companies to use advanced technology as a tool to survive in the increasing competition,, including on Cactus Millennial Stores. The Cactus Millennial Store provides various types of ornamental cacti that have been cultivated and are ready to be marketed. Pprocesses ordering and selling products at the Cactus Millennial Store still use a system like stores in general, namely consumers order products on the spot or by placing orders through the WhatsApp application. This sometimes causes errors when recording product orders, calculating product inventory, and purchase transactions that take a long time. The purpose of this research is to develop an application for selling ornamental cactus plants. The method used in this design is the Waterfall method. The Waterfall method provides a sequential lifeflow approach that starts with the system analysis phase of the web application, the design to be developed, the coding to be applied, the testing phase to be selected and the maintenance phase. The results obtained, the system developed can make it easier for users to search and choose cactus products through devices connected to the internet network. Through the Black Box method used to find errors or failures in the application design process and the SUS (System Usability Scale) method used as a tool to perform independent technical tests on web applications, it shows the web application runs well with various functions and features in it which obtained an average score of 80, so it is included in the grade scale B or Excellent category which indicates that the web application can be well used by users.
