Abstract

The development of the world in the economic sector throughout the world continues to progress and is increasing rapidly, banking is the main framework for running all economic systems perfectly, besides that there are also supporting institutions that help oversee the pace of the economy in every country, for example in Indonesia there is the Financial Services Authority (OJK) wich has the task of overseeing all financial activities in Indonesia, covering all aspects of protecting consumers or investor for convenience and security in conduction a transaction. This study aims find out about the systems and regulations in the Islamic Capital Market and the protection guarantees provided by the State Institution which is responsible for everything that happens in the Islamic capital market namely, the Financial Services Authority. In the Islamic capital market and will be synchronized with the law issued by the Financial Services Authority. From there, it will be known how the implementation of the existing regulations within the scope of the Islamic Capital Market with the Prespective Data Analysis Method, namely an analysis of the possibilities or potential for something that has been researched by the Author. According to the author, in carrying out and supervising a fatwa or law, there is also an important role for everyone in the Islamic Capital Market, namely with honesty from everyone in the Islamic Capital Market, because there is still an empty space that can give rise to potentials fraud caused by irresponsible persons who harm people for their own benefit.
