Abstract
The high number of Covid-19 cases is contributed by office clusters. To reduce the spread of Covid-19 cases, the government has implemented the 5M health protocol, but many people, especially office workers, violate this health protocol. One approach that can be used to analyze non-compliance behavior is the Health Belief Model (HBM). This study aims to determine the factors that affect office workers' compliance with the Covid-19 preventive health protocol in terms of the Health Belief Model (HBM) theory, so that it can be used to develop health promotion programs to improve compliance with health protocols in office workers. This research is a correlational quantitative study with a sample of 357 office workers using simple random sampling technique. Data collection uses a scale of perceived vulnerability, perceived severity, perceived barriers, perceived benefits, self-efficacy, and Covid-19 prevention protocol compliance scale which is carried out online using Google Form. Data analysis used path analysis and measured using JASP 14.1. Research shows that health protocol protocols for workers are greatly helped by the large number of requests / stimuli that will appear with the many perceived obstacles in the implementation of health protocols, but will increase with relevant facts. Self-efficacy plays an important role in influencing health protocol compliance in office workers. Keywords: Compliance, Health Belief Model, Health Protocol, Office Worker
