Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline, and work motivation on driver performance in PT. Bengawan Solo Trans (BST) Surakarta. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of all drivers PT. Bengawan Solo Trans (BST) Surakarta with 250 drivers, with a sample of 63 drivers, Sampling uses simple random sampling techniques. Research data collection techniques through questionnaires with a likert scale. The results showed that partially the variables of work discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on driver performance. Organizational commitment has a negative and not insignificant effect. Meanwhile, together the variability of organizational commitment, work discipline and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the variables of performance. The coefficient of determination shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.597 which means that together the independent variables can explain the dependent variable by 59.7%, while the remaining 40.3% can be explained by other variables not contained in the model.
