Abstract
This study aims to find out about dispute resolution in the dropship system in the event of default and the perspective of Islamic law on the application of the Dropship system in online buying and selling. In this study, the author uses a normative juridical approach with secondary data in the form of publications or reports and literature, data analysis techniques using analytical descriptive. The results of the study show that in its implementation, dispute resolution in the dropship system is mostly resolved through negotiations to reach an agreement on both parties relating to the Dropship System in Islamic Law in terms of validity and prohibition of the dropship system in Islam is permissible (permissible) as long as the terms and pillars of buying and selling that are regulated in Islamic law are fulfilled such as the contract, the parties, the qabul consent and the object of sale and purchase. What needs to be noted is that the parties need to be careful in implementing this system in online buying and selling transactions so that the prohibition can be anticipated.
