Abstract

This research aims to describe: (1) how the work culture of employees of the Aditex Bangun Cipta company during the COVID-19 pandemic in Klaten Regency, (2) obstacles faced when implementing employee work culture, (3) solutions to overcome obstacles faced when implementing employee work culture. The method in this research uses qualitative research and this research design uses an ethnographic approach. The resource persons in this research are employees of the Aditex Bangun Cipta company. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview and documentation. Data validity was carried out using method triangulation and source triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques use reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The results showed that (1) the work culture of employees of the Aditex Bangun Cipta company during the COVID-19 pandemic in Klaten Regency, namely Discipline, Openness, Mutual Respect, and Cooperation, the work culture has been running in the company but not optimal (2) The obstacles faced, namely in terms of discipline, there are still some employees who like to arrive late and do not obey existing regulations during the pandemic such as not wearing masks and keeping their distance. (3) The solution to overcome these obstacles is to give warnings and warning letters and provide masks.
