Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge management, work environment and workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for PT. Gendhis Multi Manis. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with variable measurements using a Likert Scale for each statement which was developed from the variable indicators. The sample in this study were 90 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that 1) knowledge management has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; 2) the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; 3) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect in mediating the relationship between knowledge management on employee performance; 6) job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect in mediating the relationship between the work environment on employee performance; 7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between workload and employee performance.
