Abstract
This research entitled "The Influence of Training, Discipline, and Workload on Employee Performance with Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Milla Husada Inpatient Pratama Clinic in Boyolali ". The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, workload, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The samples used in this study were all employees of the Milla Husada Inpatient Pratama Clinic in Boyolali with a sample size of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study prove that (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline on employee performance; (2) There is a positive and insignificant relationship between workload and employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant mediating effect between work discipline on employee performance; (4) Job satisfaction has a positive effect and mediates significantly between workload on employee performance.
