Abstract
Wonogiri Regency has rapid regional development in the aspect of regional planning. The construction of the Wonogiri city ring road is one of them, the existence of the JLK has made land conversion along the way. The narrowing of agricultural land, especially rice fields, is a characteristic of the affected areas of the JLK development. In the analysis of the analysis of the existence of the city ring road to changes in paddy field land use in Wonogiri Regency, the aim is to identify the distribution of changes in lowland to non-rice field land use around the Wonogiri city ring road area before and after the construction of the road, analyze the effect of the city ring road development on land conversion rice fields in Wonogiri Regency. The sampling method uses the stratified random sampling method, sampling uses satellite imagery data for interpretation, digitization and overlay in order to obtain land use maps from 2010, 2016 and finally 2022 digitally. This study uses a quantitative analysis method with GWR analysis method. The construction of the Wonogiri city ring road began in 2010. The total area of paddy fields in the four villages affected by the city ring road construction in 2010 was 576.25 ha, for non-rice fields 7788.16 ha. In the area that is passed by the Wonogiri city ring road in the 2010-2021 range there has been conversion of paddy fields, where in 2015 there was a reduction of 68.11 ha or 2% of paddy fields and in 2021 there was also a 10% reduction in paddy fields. changes in land use from paddy fields to non-paddy fields around the Wonogiri city ring road in the form of extending along the road. The results of the GWR analysis show that each variable has a different effect on each location. The variable number of farmers in the 2010-2015 and 2015-2021 periods is directly proportional to the increase in the conversion of paddy fields in the area around JLK. The cause of the conversion of agricultural land has not changed significantly, this is ue to provisions regarding protected paddy fields, or Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B) whose existence must be protected, the area through which the Wonogiri city ring road passes is an area included in Sustainable Food Agriculture Land.
