Abstract
Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) is a work agreement between workers and employers to enter into a work relationship for a certain time. The purpose of this research is to find out the form and content, implementation process, regulations, as well as the rights and obligations between PT. Eight Four Sakti with workers in a Fixed Time Work Agreement. The research method used by the author is empirical normative, namely a type of legal research that requires primary data, namely normative law and its implementation in every particular legal event that occurs in a society. The results of this study can be concluded that this work agreement for a certain time is in accordance with the contents of the Job Creation Law and has fulfilled the legal requirements for work agreements in articles 1313 and 1320 of the Civil Code, Article 52 paragraph 1 and Article 54 paragraph 1 of the Labor Law and Article 1 paragraph 10 of the Consumer Protection Act. The rights and obligations in the agreement have fulfilled the requirements according to the Job Creation Law and are in accordance with Article 1338 of the Civil Code. In accordance with the pacta sun servanda principle and carried out according to the principle of good faith.
