Abstract
This study aims to describe the determinants of UMKM development in Talun Village, marketing strategies in increasing sales, as well as obstacles and solutions encountered in carrying out marketing strategies to remain in production. This type of research is qualitative with a case study research design. The research guest speaker is the owner, employee, and head of the UMKM Office. The data collection methods used in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study uses triangulation of sources. Data analysis techniques use three -stage interactive analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that there are internal factors and external factors as a determinant of business development. Internal factors determining business development are capital, technology for marketing, opportunities and innovating. External Factors Determining the development of the MSME business in Talun Village, namely 1) Labor aspects are able to create customer satisfaction with the products produced and entrepreneurial competencies, 2) Aspects of information and communication are needed technological innovation. The UMKM business development strategy in Talun Village is to take advantage of the technological and social media elegance by implementing marketing -based marketing strategies can make it easier for consumers to buy and get information about the products or services produced so that they are more effective and efficient. The obstacle faced by UMKM businesses in Talun Village is the delivery of goods that are not on time because of the many orders and workers are inadequate. Changing environmental conditions are also an obstacle such as traffic jams on the trip to make the goods sent not to be on time.
