Abstract

This change in the use of paddy fields into industrial land has an impact on productive land which decreases every year. The areas where the change of paddy fields into industrial land took place are in Pilangsari Village and Bener Village. This study aims to identify the location and extent of changes in agricultural land to industrial land in the Ngrampal District, and identify the demand and supply factors of land that affect the change in the use of agricultural land to industrial land in the Ngrampal District. The method used is the survey method and the sampling method is stratified random sampling. Methods of data analysis using map overlay and factor analysis. The results of the research that, the location of PT. Eight Jaya Perkasa located in Pilangsari Village with an area of change of 0.88 Ha. The location of the factory construction is located east of the Pilangsari bus terminal, besides that the construction site also follows the direction of the Sragen-Surakarta main road. For the second location, namely PT. Glory Industrial Semarang-Sragen is located in Bener Village, Ngrampal District. The area of change that occurred for the construction of this factory was 6.62 Ha. The location of the factory area is to the west of the Pilangsari Village area which follows the Sragen-Ngawi main route. The location of the two factories requires supporting facilities and infrastructure which can be found only about 20 meters away. Analysis of the demand factor (demand) there are 2 factors that influence entrepreneurs to buy the land, namely a) process input factors, including capital, location of raw materials, prices of raw materials, number of workers, and education level of workers. b) supporting factors such as physical land, water availability, facilities and infrastructure, accessibility, land prices and climate. Meanwhile, there are 3 factors in the supply factor, a) internal aspects of the land owner, regarding age, mindset, education, employment and income. b.) the external aspect of the land owner includes land area, costs and high offers from entrepreneurs. c.) aspects of government intervention, this is continuous with the imposition of land tax or building tax
