Abstract
SPP or known as development assistance donations are a number of fees charged to students in participating in learning at certain institutions. Fees collected from students are used to support school operations. Smas Islamic Al-Irsyad boarding school is one of the institutions that requires students to pay tuition fees every month. The payment mechanism at this school is still done manually, giving rise to several problems such as missing student payment cards, writing proof of payment in a ledger and a time-consuming reporting process. This study aims to design a web-based payment information system integrated with a payment getway that can provide students with access to paying tuition fees, view payment history, input proof of payment and make it easier for treasurers to make student payment reports. This system was developed using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL for database administration. In this study, the method used to develop the system is the waterfall method. This research produces a web-based spp payment information system. This system has been tested with the blackbox method and the results show good performance. Testing is also carried out by users using the SUS (system usability scale) method and the average value obtained is 72.67. Thus, it can be concluded that the system meets the needs and can be accepted by users.
