Abstract

Monitoring voltage, current, and electrical energy using ZMPT101b and ACS712 sensors and NodeMCU ESP32s microcontroller displayed on the Blynk application is an effective solution for real-time system monitoring and providing notifications if anomalies occur. This enables quick actions to be taken if problems arise. Data from monitoring can be used to determine the actions to be taken on a system. The system design aims to monitor the PHB-TR, which is designed using the NodeMCU ESP32s microcontroller for data processing and data transmission displayed on the Blynk application. Three ZMPT101b voltage sensors are used, connected to the phase and neutral, and three ACS712 current sensors are used, connected in series. The sensor data will be processed by the NodeMCU ESP32s microcontroller. Testing was carried out on channels 1, 2, and 3, with voltage testing showing an average error of 0.60%, 0.69%, and 1.20% on each channel, current testing showing an average error of 3.71%, 5.70%, and 5.67% on each channel, and electrical energy testing showing an average error of 3.73%, 6.70%, and 5.00% on each channel. From the data, the voltage sensor calibration is already good enough, but the current sensor calibration needs improvement. The results of the testing indicatethat the tool works well, although it still has relatively high error values on the current sensors. Several changes/adjustments to the formulas are needed if testing is conducted on PHB-TR. Proper calibration will result in sensor readings that are closer to the readings of measuring instruments.
