Abstract

This study aims to analyze the company's financial performance on the profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with the dependent variable being profitability proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM) and the independent variables being Creditors Velocity (CRSV), Debtors Turnover ratio (DTR), Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR), Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDER), Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TATR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The sample method used is purposive sampling method. The samples in this study were 9 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period and the number of observations in this study totaled 45 samples. From the results of research that has been done the DTR, ITR and LTDER variables have a significant effect on NPM while the CRSV, TATR and DTR variables have no significant effect on NPM.
