Abstract
The background of this research is that teaching and learning activities are the most important role in being able to become a place for change and development for a person after carrying out the learning process. one of the roles for realizing educational success is by being able to educate, guide and also guide students in learning and developing their talents and abilities. Learning itself is carried out through teaching carried out by educators who have competence and quality in the field of education. Implementation of task learning for an educator to be able to follow up on learning evaluations that have been carried out. Evaluation of learning will be the result of findings after the implementation of the learning process whether the learning process is running effectively or not. In fact, evaluation is used to be able to improve and improve the quality of future learning. Evaluation activities must be carried out continuously and comprehensively to get an overview of progress in the process of learning activities. The research was carried out to be able to find out about the evaluation plan that will be prepared, and to find out from the implementation and evaluation of learning in SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. This research was conducted using qualitative methods originating from the field (field research). The data collected in the research was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To collect data is done by descriptive qualitative which is done by reducing data, data models and by using conclusions as the final stage. The results of the study show: (1) Learning Evaluation Planning, which has been planned at the beginning of the learning year by compiling a Semester Program, Educational Calendar, Syllabus and RPP in which it will be known that learning evaluation has been determined in the implementation of its activities. (2) Evaluation of learning carried out in Al-Islam lessons is known by applying a mid-semester assessment. and the evaluation at the end of the semester. The evaluation is carried out by the school together in the school environment through the curriculum. Meanwhile, the evaluation by educators supporting Al-Islam subjects is carried out by carrying out learning evaluations by carrying out assessments of memorizing surahs and daily tests. (3) Evaluation of learning is done by assessing it with written tests, oral tests, and assignments. Keywords: Learning Evaluation, Planning and Implementation of Learning Evaluation.
