Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Risk Profile (Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) on Profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data from the annual financial reports of banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021 period on the website www.idx.co.id. In this study, the population is all banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021 period. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. This study shows that the results of credit risk and liquidity risk have no effect on profitability, CAR has a positive and significant effect, and BOPO has a negative and significant effect on profitability.
