Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of cost savings, time savings on repurchase requests in e-commerce, 2) analyze the effect of perceived security on the strength of the relationship between cost savings and time savings on repurchase intention in e-commerce. this study uses a quantitative method with surveys that select primary data sources. The object is an e-commerce user in Surakarta which starts in January 2023. Samples were taken using an urgent sampling of 105 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire distribution technique and analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of this study are the effect of a significant cost-saving variable on purchase intention, indicated by a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, then H1, namely cost-savings significantly increases purchase intention, is true and supported. While time saving does not have a significant effect on purchase intention with a p-value of 0.408 > 0.05 it can be concluded that the high or low the time savings obtained will not affect purchase intention. Perceptions of security can moderate between cost savings and purchase intention, this is due to the p-value 0.011 <0.05, perceptions of security can moderate between time savings and purchase intention because the p-value is 0.039 <0.05, perceptions of privacy cannot moderate between cost savings and buying interest, it is known that the p-value is 0.725 > 0.05.the existence of services that provide defense features regarding development and benefits can be felt in various ways, especially for saving time and costs.
