Abstract

Department of Population Administration and civil registration or often called DISPENDUKCAPIL is a government agency engaged in the service of population documents Surakarta area. One of the working processes in the Document Archive Division is still using a conventional system in which the recording of data on lending transactions archives are still using ledgers that are considered less effective and vulnerable to causing errors, or damage and loss of data on the bookkeeping of lending transactions. The purpose of this study is to create an archive Lending Information System in DISPENDUKCAPIL Surakarta which serves as a tool to facilitate officers in recording, borrowing, and returning archives. This system is built using the bootstrap framework to support WEB view, PHP language programming, and for database management using MySQL. The system is developed by the method of System Development Life Cycle (SLDC) waterfall model through the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This study has been carried out and at the stage of testing conducted using SUS obtained results of 74.25%, where it can be concluded that the average respondent agreed to the construction of the archive Lending Information System at DISPENDUKCAPIL Surakarta.
