Abstract

In the process of forming a village regulation, the implementation of village governance must be able to adapt to the aspirations of the village community, so as to create democracy in the village. As a form of democracy in the village, a village consultative body has been formed whose functions and duties are to jointly draft village regulations with the village head, as well as accommodate aspirations and channel aspirations from the village community. In formulating village regulations, the role of the village consultative body is very important, so that the village regulations that are formulated are regulations and provisions that really come from the aspirations of the village community. The issues examined in this research are (1) Formation of Village Regulations based on Legislation; (2) Implementation of a working relationship between the Village Consultative Body and the Village Head in the Formation of Village Regulations in Gedangan Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency; (3) Review of the Islamic Perspective on the Formation of Village Regulations. The research method used in this research is empirical juridical. Types of descriptive research. The data analysis method used by the author is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the role of the Village Consultative Body in Gedangan Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency in implementing the formation of Village Regulations in Gedangan Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency has not yet proceeded as with the applicable laws and regulations. there are inhibiting factors such as members of the Village Consultative Council who do not understand their functions and duties, many people do not know about the existence of the Village Consultative Council, experience in serving, and the Human Resources of each member of the Village Consultative Council.
