Abstract

An effective method of memorizing the Al- Qur’an is very important, especially for children who are starting to memorize the Al-Qur’an. They will quickly get bored, lazy and less motivated if the methods used are less effective. One of the efforts to overcome this problem, researchers designed a system that can help children, adolescents and adults memorize the Al-Qur'an. This system is designed in the form of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Juz 30 application using Android-based Murattal Irama Qur'an (Muri-Q). Muri-Q is an easy method for reading the Qur'an with the technique of reciting the Qur'an according to the correct tajwid. This method was first introduced by Muhammad Dzikron. The Muri-Q method has 4 tones that are applied in the application. Meanwhile for system development, researchers used the waterfall method. The results of this study are the Offline Tahfidzul Qur'an Juz 30 application using the Android-based Muri-Q method. This application displays surahs of the Al-Qur'an Juz 30. This application also displays memorization per verse to make it easier to memorize the Al-Qur'an. Based on the tests that have been carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, this application gets a score of 74, which means that this application is acceptable to users and is in the Acceptable category based on the Acceptable Range.
