Abstract

The background of this research is the extracurricular activities of the rohis, whose programs are not only limited to the school environment but also outside the school environment. done on a daily or weekly basis. But even so, the rohis at MAN 2 Karanganyar have a work program, one of which is in direct contact with the community on a regular basis, namely the TPA coaching program. The TPA is named TPA Al-Hikmah which is located in Krendowahono Village, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency. This research belongs to the type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of describing how the spiritual program of MAN 2 Karanganyar in fostering TPA Al-Hikmah in Gondangrejo and to identify what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the program to foster TPA Al-Hikmah in Gondangrejo. By taking the location at MAN 2 Karanganyar. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The process of checking data through techniques of technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results found that the spirit of MAN 2 Karanganyar fostered TPA AlHikmah by teaching. By using various methods, namely the classical method, games, stories, habituation and example. Rohis members also make preparation of learning materials to support teaching and learning activities that will take place. Besides that, the Karanganyar MAN 2 rohis also help complete the facilities and infrastructure that have been damaged or those needed at the TPA. Facilities and equipment include books, erasers, markers, brooms, ikrak and others. TPA is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The TPA itself is still in the mosque because the TPA does not yet have classrooms. The supporting factors in fostering TPA Al-Hikmah are the enthusiasm of TPA children, TPA teachers, the environment and facilities and infrastructure and the inhibiting factors are TPA students who have permits, hours of TPA implementation and lack of funds.
