Questionnaires were made by researchers and tested for validity and reliability. The research was conducted in the working area of the Gemarang Health Center and the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test was carried out using the Wilcoxon test. Results: before health education was carried out, it was found that 29 (52.7%) pregnant women had sufficient knowledge. 22 (7.3%) lack knowledge and 22 (40.0%) good knowledge. The level of knowledge after being given health education was 52 (94.5%) good knowledge and 3 (5.5%) had sufficient knowledge. The results of data analysis found a sig value of 0.00 which is 0.00 <0.005 so that there is an influence of health education on hemoglobin levels during pregnancy using leaflet media.
