Abstract

The people's need for land continues to increase day by day, in line with the pace of development in all fields carried out by the Indonesian nation. The importance of land for humans can be seen from the fact that it is impossible for humans to live apart from land. To reduce the possibility of problems in the land sector, the government is guided by Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations (UUPA) which was promulgated on September 24, 1960. State Gazette of 1960 No. 104 which is the reason for the implementation of agrarianism in Indonesia, among other things, to carry out land registration and grant certificates of proof of land rights for all Indonesian people.
