Hemoglobin is one of the components in red blood cells or erythrocytes that function to bind oxygen and deliver it to all cells of body tissues. Lack of hemoglobin levels in pregnant women can result in anemia, anemia with helminthiasis, bleeding, low birth weight (BBLR), and maternal death. Anemia during pregnancy is defined as hemoglobin levels lower than 10 g / dl. The results of the study were carried out the Kolmogrov-Smirnov normality test first and then the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was carried out. Based on the results of the study, the results of the hypothesis test were obtained with a p-value significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of health education with poster media on the knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of hemoglobin levels.
