Abstract
Marketing communications is the process of planning and implementing promotion, price, distribution, inspiration, and service concepts to enable exchanges that meet individual and organizational objectives. This study aims to determine the digital marketing strategy of Instagram (@kainetnic) social media accounts in increasing sales and to determine the management of Instagram (@kainetnic) social media accounts in carrying out marketing communication strategy activities. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the research subject Instagram @kainetnic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the research subject Instagram @kainetnic. Data collection techniques use interviews or in-depth interviews, observation and documentation The study results show that digital marketing sales of ethnic fabrics have increased, and management of social media accounts by uploading content to get customer engagement.
