Abstract
In the process of learning the Javanese language they still use the lecture method and write on blackboards which causes students to be limited in understanding and mastering the material provided especially Javanese script material. For this reason, learning media products are needed as an introduction to Javanese language and script. This research uses the R&D development method (Research and Development) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The results of the study are SIBAJA which has material features consisting of Javanese language and script materials. In addition, there are also exercises in the form of guessing the language and characters as well as quizzes as an evaluation of learning in this media. The results of the feasibility interpretation test from media experts and material experts obtained a percentage of 90.6% and 89.6% were declared in the very feasible category. The results of a questionnaire assessment conducted by 18 students at SDN 02 Kadipiro used System Usability Scale (SUS) is worth 86.94 on the category acceptable grade B, so this SIBAJA learning media is very suitable for use.
